Viewing and Managing Mixpanel Alerts for Event Volume Changes

Is there a way to view the Mixpanel alerts [low volume / high volume] within the Mixpanel UI with the ability to mark as expected/or issue? Use case would be, as the data admin for Mixpanel, I want to view all the Mixpanel alerts related to unexpected volumes of event in a table sorted by recent cases, with ability to dismiss as expected OR add text noting a description of the event volume change. A nice to have would be that same note can be used in 'data annotation' feature which can be viewed when the event in question is reported/visualized so folks can understand any historic trends
