Restoring Deleted Projects: Token Retention and Process Explained

hi, i have a question about restoring projects after deleting it. from this docs it says that it will be soft deleted for 60-90 days. but what will happen if i restore the projects in that 60 days? would it create a new project token or it still use the old one?
