The (not set) value for your UTM source property can appear for several reasons. According to the Mixpanel documentation:1. The UTM source property wasn't sent along with the event you're analyzing. This can happen if the event fires without the UTM source property being included Falsy Values.2. When segmenting an event by a User Profile property, you might see (not set) if there are User Profile profiles that don't contain that property or if the event was triggered by a user without a User Profile at all Falsy Values.3. For server-side implementations, if you're not manually extracting and setting the UTM parameters from the request, they won't be automatically captured like they are in client-side implementations Server-Side Attribution.To ensure you're capturing UTM parameters correctly:- For web implementations, make sure you're using the latest version of Mixpanel's JavaScript SDK, which automatically tracks UTM parameters Track UTM Tags.- For server-side implementations, you need to manually extract and set the UTM parameters from the request Server-Side Attribution.- Ensure that your UTM parameters are properly set in your marketing links and that they're being passed correctly to your website or application.If you're still seeing (not set) values after checking these points, you may want to review your implementation or consult with Mixpanel support for further assistance.
