Best Reports for Tracking SaaS Onboarding Users and Delta Analysis

If I am at the customer success team and I want everyday to see which users are supposed to do the onboarding of my saas product, what report would you use? the team should be able to see the delta, which means they have to be able to identify which are these users, what is the best approach? which reports?

Mixpanel is headed to Money20/20 October 26 - 29 in Las Vegas, Nevada!
