The number shown on a funnel chart in Mixpanel can represent either total events, unique users, or sessions, depending on the measurement you choose. By default, funnels in Mixpanel are calculated based on unique users, but you have the flexibility to change this.According to the Mixpanel Funnels documentation, you can select from the following measurements for your funnel: 1. Unique Users: The number of unique users who completed the selected steps of the funnel.
2. Total Conversions: The total number of funnels that have reached the selected step, allowing users to re-enter the funnel multiple times.
3. Total Sessions: The total number of unique user sessions that reached the selected step of the funnel.You can change the measurement by selecting the desired option in the Conversion Criteria section of the funnel report. This allows you to analyze your funnel data from different perspectives, whether you're interested in unique user behavior, total conversions, or session-based analysis.
