Assistance Needed for Mixpanel Server-Side Tracking Issues

Hello user profile mixpanel server side I have done a mix panel tracking via GTM on the server side, but I am facing a problem: I cannot complete the tracking for the identify. Would someone be able to help me? I have done it before via the web, and it was working automatically. I want to create a customer profile. Could someone help me?
