how do you see how many users have been synced from Mixpanel to Airship via a cohort?
Hi Bradley A., Please stand by as I search the Mixpanel knowledge base for an AI-powered answer. I normally take about 15 seconds or so. In case AI cannot answer your question, feel free to reach out to Mixpanel support at mixpanel.com/get-support. To see how many users have been synced from Mixpanel to Airship via a cohort, you can follow these steps:1. Navigate to the Integrations tab in Mixpanel.
2. Click on the Airship integration.
3. Find and click on the specific cohort you've exported to Airship.
4. In the cohort export overview, you'll see a summary of the total count of users exported and removed.
5. Additionally, you can download a CSV file containing all users that have been exported. The CSV file will include:
- A list of distinct_ids of the users in the export
- An operation column indicating whether each user was added, removed, or remained in the cohort
- The partner ID for each userThis information comes from the Mixpanel Cohort Syncs Troubleshooting documentation. It's important to note that there might be discrepancies between the number of users in your Mixpanel cohort and the number exported to Airship. This can happen because users need to have specific properties set on their profile to be eligible for export to Airship. Specifically, they need one of these properties: $ios_urban_airship_channel_id
, $android_urban_channel_id
, or $airship_named_user
, as mentioned in the Airship Integration FAQ.Also, keep in mind that there's a limitation of 15 million profiles that can be exported to Airship, as stated in the same FAQ document.
