How to Drop Events and Properties in Lexicon
1. Navigate to Lexicon, Mixpanel's data dictionary 2. Select the event or property you want to drop 3. Click the "Drop" icon that appears 4. Confirm the action in the warning dialog that appears 5. The status of the event or property will change to "Dropped"Important notes about dropping data: - Only project owners can drop events and properties - It takes a few hours for Mixpanel to process the dropped event - Previously ingested data (before dropping) will still show in the interface - Warning: You cannot recover event data after you drop it - This action only affects new data coming in - historical data remains intactIf you later decide you need the event or property again, you can "undrop" it by: 1.
