Connect all Claude members to the Mixpanel MCP Server with managed authorization
MCP Server: Auto-connect Claude.ai users with managed authorization (beta)⨠Admins can now connect Claude to the Mixpanel MCP Server for every member at once. When members open Claude, Mixpanel is already connected, with no sign-in or consent screen. With this update: What's new
One-time setup: A Claude admin and a Mixpanel org admin connect the two. In Claude, use the connector's Managed authorization settings. In Mixpanel, go to Organization Settings ā Access Security ā Claude Access.
Choose the identity provider: Use Claude as the issuer for the fastest setup, or use Okta so its sign-in and MFA policies apply and you control who gets access.
Your permissions stay the same: Claude acts as each member, and Mixpanel checks their project and data access on every request. Managed authorization grants no extra access.
Every connection is audited: Each connection appears in the audit log as an mcp_client.authorized entry, and changes to the issuer setup are logged as trusted_identity_issuer.* entries.
Availability Managed authorization (also called Enterprise Managed Auth) is in Beta on all Mixpanel plans, including Free. It requires a Claude Team or Enterprise plan. Your Mixpanel organization also needs MCP enabled and a claimed email domain that matches the emails members use in Claude. š Learn more
