is there anyway to check users that did an event in a month, were inactive for 6 months, and then did that event again in the 7th month?

we've implemented a new event, but we cannot display some of the default properties in our reports. for example, i can see the Referring Domain property tied to this new event in lexicon, but i can't add it to any charts/report, it doesn't show up when searching for the property

we're removing access to some user/event properties that contain PII, but we use this info in some custom properties that we use quite frequently and that don't expose any PII themselves. the issue is that since these custom properties use PII, dashboards that use them are completely blocked to users without PII access. for example: we have a property that labels the user company, based on their email address. is there a way of exposing reports that use properties based on PII to users without PII access?

how do i create a chart of the past 20 weeks broken down by the cohort of users who did an event in that week, didn't do the event in the previous week, but had already done the event on any of the previous weeks

can i create a cohort based on an event property filtering on the first time a user did said event?
