I’ve checked the number of users in Users section. ‘Users with profiles’ are 110k. All ‘Users’ are over 1 mln. I’ve downloaded CSV files of both databases. The users of ‘Users’ that are not in ‘Users with profiles’ do have distinct ID. But when I create dashboards or filter users that have commited particular event, only ‘Users with profiles’ are shown. How can I make dashboards that takes into account ALL users?

Hello, We are integrating Mixpanel to import server events from our backend. For example, when sending an event with event_name = "db_success_subscription_premium", we sometimes encounter the following error:

Could you please help us understand the potential causes of this issue and how can we solve it?

I have two separate apps that are tracking the same set of events. I’d like to know if it’s possible to send data from both apps to a single Mixpanel project so that I can analyze all the events together in one place. If this is supported, could you please let me know the best practices for implementing this?
