Hi Everyone I have an account with Mixpanel (which was set to expire yesterday, 31 Jan 2026), which I did not want to renew, as the company is going through financial hardships. I emailed about this atleast 6-7 times to multiple emails, including raising a ticket on the mixpanel website and also speaking to the sales executive and YET, the account has been auto-renewed with an arbitrary number of events and an arbitrary cost which is something which we absolutely did not sign up for. These actions are predatory and are purely due to lack of ownership and accountability from our relationship manager. We are stuck and helpless and don't know what to do, hence reaching out here. We can absolutely not afford to renew our contract and have stopped ingesting events to mixpanel last week, yet there is an invoice raised for 27K USD, which we cannot afford to pay. Sorry I am posting this here as I have tried all legitimate channels I found so far, and have got ZERO response or acknowledgement anywhere. Don't know where else to go. Please help guide us to someone who can help us cancel the account and make sure our data is deleted.
