Hi, we'd like to bring email and name data from BigQuery to Mixpanel. Are name and email the correct names of the values? Can find those in the lexicon
Tiffany C.: The main reason I'm looking to transfer data from Mixpanel to HubSpot is to trigger actions inside HubSpot Marketing & CRM suite.
Examples:
I would trigger emails for users that have started using our product but haven't tried our core features yet. Or have started to use a feature, but haven't finished what they were doing. Or recommend a related feature. And so on.
Another use case would be to automatically move the best Product Qualified Leads into our sales pipeline, based on lead scoring that would also include Mixpanel events into the lead score calculations.
A "no code" integration would be the ideal solution since there's always a threshold to introducing new work / features to development teams - would be great if I could just map out MixPanel events into our HubSpot properties and we'd start getting data into our HubSpot on how the users are using the product
... I believe this kind of "no code" integration would drive adoption of MixPanel among HubSpot users, and increase the stickiness & usage of MixPanel if businesses are already using both systems
Thanks Tiffany C. & Robin H. for your answers. I wasn't actually aware of these solutions, I just looked into HubSpot's connector with Mixpanel that only transfers profile data. (EDIT: and in the comments of the Integration page there was some criticism of event data lacking)
Do you have any recommendations for How to articles on HubSpot<>BigQuery Warehouse Connector or Reverse ETL's that I could check out, and point to our Tech team? They would be responsible for the implementation after all.
That would be very much appreciated! 🙏
Event-level integration with HubSpot would be massive. For example, bringing total event counts, per event to HubSpot would help gauge the level of interest per user, and what kind of features they're using.
