Segregating Events in Mixpanel: Using AppID vs. Super Properties

What is the best way to segregate events from multiple applications under one Mixpanel project using Data Views? Use an "AppID" property for every event? Use a Super Property?

Hello Olga Z., I have the same issue. I have been told that the User's cookie is being reset every session, therefore a new Device ID is assigned. I am trying to determine if this is my problem. Hope that helps.
