how can I create a custom event property?

I would like to merge the property values of 2 properties 1 merged into 1: Property 1 - has 3 values Property 2 - has 4 values Merged property is Property 2, and I want to map the values from property 1 to the values of property 2, to have continuity in the values.

I want to filter for 190 Distinct_ids in a mixpnale insights report, but without creating a new property via a csv upload. how can I do this?
