Hello, After a big multi-plateform implementation we realised that we had some issues in some properties text valuesFor exemple, we have a View event with a View Name text propertyPlatform A : View Name = “Home page”Platform B : View Name = “Home Page” As you can see this can be a huge issue while doing some analysis. Is there a way to say for this property to merge the values “Home Page” and “Home page” to for exemple “Home Page” ? Thanks,Matthias
I’m trying to track users that come back to our site. Currently I’m using a funnel report that tracks a session end event and session start event. That works great except I’m getting much higher numbers than expected. I want to restrict a revisit to users that come back to the site a good amount of time later, like 12+ hours. Is there a way to add a time has passed event between the two session events or a better way to do this in general. I don’t really want to use cohorts for this since I’d like to track every time a user revisits, instead of just the revisits from a specific day, but I guess that might be a possible work around.

"How do I associate 2 sets of anonymous data to the same user?To explain the problem I am having let me use airbnb as an example. Here is my user story:Event 1: View Home PageEvent 2: View ParisEvent 3: Select HouseEvent 4: Sign-up , email = jim@gmail.com -- Note: according to documentation I would alias hereEvent 5: Book HouseNow months later the user is travelling again. They have just purchased a new computer so they have no cookie.Event 6: View Home PageEvent 7: View RomeEvent 8: Select HouseEvent 9: Log in, email = jim@gmail.com -- Note: according to documentation I would identify hereEvent 10: Book HouseHere is my question. How do I make sure events 6, 7 and 8 are connected to jim@gmail.com? ""I have read all those articles and that question none of them answer my question @IvanMuniz. In this example you book right after log in. but what about the events before the login?event 1, 2, 3 are tracked as distinct_id="aaaau8yhj7n8_89yil_98u8" stored in the cook
Hello ! Being new to Mixpanel I’ve imported 600000 group profiles for the companies that uses the SaaS of my company without acknowledging the difficulty I’d be to delete them all. Most of them does not seem useful so I want to be able to delete a big part of them. Is there other option of deleting these profiles other than using the delete option on Explore which allows me only to delete 1000 profiles at a time. Can I for example delete these profiles through API using Cohort ?
Funnel Report Same Events in InSight Report
The product metric framework from Mixpanel provides a clear strategy on how to define top level metrics that define the success of the product. At a lower level though, these need to be connected with proper instrumentation throughout the product. Is there any recommendation on how the product metric framework connects with a instrumentation framework so that everything that we track can be traced back to the success metrics defined at the top? Thanks
When selecting a period of time, there should be an option to select a Full week, not just the Last 7 days, a lot of graphs make more sense if you can see the evolution from Monday to Sunday (or Friday). In this example, the Daily Active users start on Tuesday (because I saw the graph on Tuesday) would make more sense to have always the last Monday as starting date.
Hi! I’m having an issue where querying an insight report I’ve saved only returns 3000 rows of data. I understand that Mixpanel limits the data it shows in an insights report but I know that my data contain more than 3000 rows. Will querying a saved report only show the limited data that viewable in the insights report? How can I extract all the data? Thank you!
