Dare to Lead by Brené Brown

I have noticed an upward trend in plagiarism in business books. It has to do with copyright  terminology. These rights do not exist, and the authors rewrite the literal translation of the terms.

You are correct because most authors use well-known business terminology. Plagiarism can be associated with a literature review of a problem or a business idea. I recommend using such plagiarism checkers https://freebooksummary.com/plagiarism-checker to pre-check your books. The editors may not verify the uniqueness of your information. I recently read the book of the "Big Money" project. This is a cool book that uses only the unique content and life experience of the author.
