Does anyone have advice on how to best track re-engaged users over time? I have x2 cohorts 1. Monthly Active Users (have made a purchase within that month) 2. Non Active Users (haven’t made a purchase within that month) What is the best was to tell hat a user has exited cohort 2 and entered cohort 1, whilst other users are still funnelling in and out of these cohorts too. (Note that I can’t currently see any trends in the insights report that would be good indicators of mass re-engagement) Would appreciate any advice on how to best track uplift for this use case.
