:world_map: I have a `CSAT Survey Completed` event...

🗺️ I have a
CSAT Survey Completed
event generated from Satismeter whenever a CSAT survey is completed by a user. The event comes with a
csatScore
attribute with a value between
1
and
5
. I created a
satisfaction
custom property that translates the
csatScore
values into an enum:
Staisfied
,
Neutral
,
Unsatisfied
. Based on the following rule (see screenshot 1): • csatScore >= 4 -> Satisfied • csatScore = 3 -> Neutral • csatScore = 2 - Unsatisfied 🤕 I started seeing some strange discrepancies: • when plotting the
CSAT Survey  Completed
filtering by
csatScore>=4
vs
satisfaction=Satisfied
. The two lines should totally overlap but they don't (see screenshot 2). • Also, if I plot the
CSAT Survey Completed
as bars and broken down by
satisfaction
and then by
csatScore
I's expect sth as in screenshot 3, where I see under each
satisfaction
value the different numeric values of `csatScore`that are mapped to it. Which happens for latest values. But, when looking to the past the plot breaks and I get what we see in screenshot 4. • Furthermore, If from the bar plot I try to see the events of any of the impossible tuples of (
satisfaction
,
csatScore
), for example (
Satisfied
,
3
), I ge no events as seen in Screenshot 5. Can any body explain why is this? Wrong definition of the custom property? Some Mixpanel bug? Other?
