Pondering over a still-forming question regarding retention... 😅 For a product designed with weekly or monthly engagement in mind, how should we approach the concept of N-day Retention? Is it still a relevant metric? I came across a figure stating that in 2023, a 1-week retention rate of around 31% was seen as favorable for B2B SaaS products. However, I'm curious if the intended frequency of use influences such benchmarks. Are there alternate standards for what constitutes a "good" retention rate, especially for products that are inherently meant to be used on a weekly basis?
