User Role and Permission Options

I would like to restrict custom event & property creation from analysts as and this quickly clutters our projects.   I also need the ability for analysts to invite/add other analyst team members to the project.  We have a large amount of team members and our teams tend to change so identifying who should and shouldn’t be a project admin is difficult.
