We keep on releasing features after features. But when we are looking at data, we don't always remember what all changed that may have an impact on the overall performance of one's product. Google Analytics has this very simple feature which lets you tag a note in the timeline.

We shipped this feature in our Insights report not too long ago!
In order to add an annotation to your Insights line graph, simply click the + icon, shown below, and then you will be able note any sort of product features, changes, or interesting information that happened at that time.
