"Open" conversion bucket labeling on frequency retention reports

In this example of a frequency/retention report, there are users who are in the Sep 30 cohort because they triggered the event for the first time near the end of the week, and their window for being active another 1, 2, 3 days later is still “open”.

The request here is to visually distinguish “still open” cells/buckets here, as is done in other retention reports.
