The only ones I found are non official so long time support is not guaranteed!
https://github.com/neciu/react-mixpanel is a pretty simple wrapper over mixpanel-browser and so are most other wrappers so not a significant risk of lack of support (if that was the case, you could easily write your own or contribute to/fork the project)
Hi
The good news is that this is something that we are currently working on. However, I was unable to submit a product gap on your behalf because you signed up for Community with a different email address than your Mixpanel Account. If you update your email address I would be happy to share your input with our Product and Engineering Team! Just drop us a comment to let us know when you make the change.
In the meantime, these are our recommendations for opensource versions until ours is ready:

A handy library has recently appeared for this:https://www.npmjs.com/package/react-mixpanel-provider-component
We are excited to announce that we have shipped the React Native SDK!

The pinned response here refers to a react-native sdk. My understanding was that the question related to React, not React native. I found this article helpful in terms of creating your own react wrapper https://medium.com/@andrewoons/setting-up-mixpanel-in-react-3e4c5b8c2a36
There are a few premade wrappers on npm but they don’t look maintained. Given how simple it is, makes more sense to roll your own wrapper.
