While I do love roles with my projects, I would love to have more Granularity with choosing the permissions level of my users.

+1 For our situation I would like all our users to have the ability to add new team members. At the same time I would like to limit who has access to create dashboards, cohorts, custom events and change user properties/values as these changes affect everyone using the project.
