"It'd also be good to support rich text / content in other types of messages, such as in-app. For example, including a link as clickable text instead of plain text." - @lonnie

Thanks @stephanie_MixpanelTeam for adding this. The request is for rich text in general, which can include links and formatting options such as bullet points and bold text.

Example: an In-App message about 3 new features being released:

-----

You'll love these new abilities:

  • New Feature 1 Name - This feature is great because of xyz (Learn more)

  • New Feature 2 Name - This feature is amazing because of xyz (Learn more)

  • New Feature 3 Name - This feature is wonderful because of xyz (Learn more)

Currently, this would need to be done as an unformatted, text-heavy message:

-----

You'll love these new abilities:

* New Feature 1 Name - This feature is great because of xyz (Learn more at https://community.mixpanel.com/idea/1642/dashboard-improvements.html)

* New Feature 2 Name - This feature is amazing because of xyz (Learn more at https://community.mixpanel.com/idea/1156/changes-to-community-edit.html)

* New Feature 3 Name - This feature is wonderful because of xyz (Learn more at https://community.mixpanel.com/idea/1877/datepicker-behavior-improvements-2-of-2.html)
