To add onto @mschiefelbein's answer, we also have a help resource here that could help you debug this. It discusses some reasons why you might be seeing undefined properties.
Under Users > Explore, you can filter for users by property.
Select the property name in the dropdown, cast it to a string (see "A" in screenshot), and then select "is not set" in the second dropdown.
This will give a list of all users that have that property as "undefined". You'll have to check your code as to why it has not been set.
