Hi everyone,

I have question about how to use "date" in Mixpanel, I have send date in UTC time and want to target with date data.

example: user A have a payment due date at 29 Jan 2019

I want to target the user who have payment due date less than 5 days.

How we create it in Mixpanel message?

thank you.

Hi @RAGOpoR

If you store the payment due date as a people property for user A, you can use the will occur within targeting criteria to send a message when the due date is within 5 days as shown in the example below.

Thank you for your answer,

Instead of using user property,

Is it also possible to use event due_date with parameter date?

Hi @RAGOpoR, you can if you are storing an event with a due_date property. You would have to select the users who have done that event (e.g., subscription renewed event) and then filter by adding the event property due_date and filter by due_date will occur within (similar to the screenshot above)
