I am using Unity SDK, but events are not tracked for our UWP builds,
on github.com issues, few issues are related to that bug, and one of them is asking the OP to email support team,
so thought to ask you if there are any fix or a workaround

wanted to share the answer here for any one coming from the future ^_^
The engineering team has identified that it seems to be issue writing to disk on standalone builds, I'm afraid that we don't have a timeline for looking into this yet given the backlog and prioritization on other issues. Sorry that I did not have better news on this.
As this basically means no event data being sent from those standalone builds, in case that you would like to implement your own class that contacts our API directly,
