I am working with several teams to implement Mixpanel for call center software. They use Five9s as the phone system, and then work in their product to complete their call center tasks.

Is there a way to track activity in Five9s?

Mixpanel can be used to track any activity that can be recorded and shared. If Five9s is tracking the call center tasks through an API endpoint, then you can trigger events to Mixpanel anytime a task is recorded. Here is a link to our developer docs to get started implementing

You can pass this information over to Mixpanel in a few different formats, but it would likely be through our server-side implementations or even our HTTP API.
