We have some users on really low/slow bandwidth. The Mixpanel package is huge. Would be good to have a minimal one with maybe just not as much features, but the core ones atleast.
Have you looked at implementing the server side sdks? This works quite well for us.
As the other user mentioned, using a server-side SDK is probably the best option at the moment. You could use it in conjunction with the HTTP API (https://developer.mixpanel.com/docs/http) to capture events that would be missed by server-side tracking.
