I'm looking to integrate mixpanel into one of our internal blog which is running on WordPress 5.0.3.
My Usecase: Count & list of people who've read or visited the post or page.
There are several plugins linked in the official documentation to try out: https://wordpress.org/plugins/tags/mixpanel/ :-)
This would be really helpful but has anyone done this on any other hosted platforms like Squarespace, weebly, wix, etc.
I've checked it but none of them are updated and have this notice by WordPress This plugin hasn’t been tested with the latest 3 major releases of WordPress.

Been using successfully https://es-ar.wordpress.org/plugins/mixpanel-integration/ even though it hasn´t been updated in 4 years.
I am also looking for a Wordpress plug in. Does anyone have any good workarounds for this?
