Sorry to hear that you're having trouble! Can you double check that you're not using any system level ad/tracking blockers? Some of them blacklist us by default. Make sure that you're also not blocking mixpanel.com in your hosts file in %SystemRoot%\system32\drivers\etc\hosts. It is also possible that your company may be blocking our domain on their end. Can you see if you can access mixpanel.com from your home network or a local coffeeshop?
Update:
Dashboard is also now failing to load on mobile data connection on my laptop.

The dashboard does load on mobile data connection on my mobile device.
Private browsing or using other browsers does not change anything.
Events do not seem to be transmitted from my laptop (e.g. when running in simulator, when internet connection is available). None of these problems existed yesterday.
Is this issue going to affect and disrupt tracking for a significant number of potential users in the future?
