When I send a Mix Panel email to a customer, the email goes to the customer's Gmail promotion tab. How do I send to a customer's Gmail main tab?
Hi @kentaro! I believe the reason your messages get sent to the promotion tab has to do with Google's algorithm. I was able to do some research and found this helpful article from MailChimp and and Constant Contact that explain how google sorts their emails.
