Why are my digest emails not sending?


I set up a digest last week and it did not go out to anyone yesterday. Any ideas?

Hi Mauronic,

Checking internally on our deliverability records, it looks like the “Product” email digest is being sent to all the (9)recipients. 

Do you mind checking your spam folder to see whether the digests ended up there? At times our emails can get marked as spam and sent to those folders.

Alongside that possibility, dashboard email digests are sent from a noreply@mixpanel.com email address - it's possible your IT team may have some email filters/security settings in place that could be preventing you to receive the Mixpanel email digest. Would you be able to have your IT team whitelist the emails coming from @mixpanel.com.

I checked all inboxes for my xxx@xxxroz.com email hosted by google and could not find it. About half of the folks on the distribution use corporate microsoft 365 products. I will check with the whole team now.
