Mixpanel and Google Ads Account

Hello, 

 

I have integrated my Mixpanel and google ads account - but when I export my cohort the users show as 0 and then I receive this whitelist message below (picture attached) anyone had similar problems?

Are you still experiencing this error message? Usually when we see this error it is because the account that you are connecting is not eligible for custom match lists. 

If you are still seeing this error, please check that the GA account is eligible for customer match lists  — This can be confirmed on GA's side.

In addition to the above, in your Google Ads account go to tools & settings > Account access and security. Once here please set the Account Access level to Standard for the user email id that you have set up the integration with.

Once this is done, you can disconnect and connect the integration here again.
