Hi. I'm a total noob at JQL, and I'm not sure where to start. Do you have any recommendations on getting started, and resources that I should check?

I went to their JQL reference page here: https://mixpanel.com/help/reference/jql/api-reference

There were some examples on how to make a query, and also some basic transformations.

Were you trying to do something specific?

Thanks for the link!
To be honest, I'm just looking for as many resources as possible so that I can get started with JQL and learn how to write a few simple queries so I don't have to bother my devs.

The links looks like a good start! Thanks again!

I would also recommend using the`Show JQL` functionality from Insights reports. It will usually get you a head start on the query you're looking too create. You can create tons of example using your own data.

@scottk where would i be able to see the "show JQL" functionality?
cause when i create an insight-report, i don't see anything refering to JQL...

Apologies, I forgot that this was an up and coming feature that we had early access to. Unfortunately due to changes under the hood of insights-reports, along with other valid reasons, it didn't make the cut.

I'm in the identical situation. I'm technical enough to write my own JQL queries but it would be great to get a head start with the Insights reports I've already generated. I would love a "Show JQL" ability!

Where is this functionality? I do not see the option for `Show JQL` within Insights reports

@ubershiba It looks like it is not available, @scottk shared below!
