User details don't show up in cohorts

I am trying to analyse the success of a campaign that I am running. I have created a cohort for one of the events, but the user details don’t show up in the results. I tried this for different events, but each time, i get a blank table. I have to download multiple CSVs for each event. 

Am looking for help to resolve this issue. Thanks!

It sounds like you are able to create a cohort based on user events, but that you are likely not tracking user properties at this stage of your user flow. 

 

In order to track people properties and have them show up in your explore report, you will need to integrate mixpanel.people.set() calls. 

 

Can you tell me if this is something that you are already doing? If so, I wonder if you are seeing anonymous users pulled into the report. You can filter these users out by adding “Name is set” as a filter in your report.
