Email messages sent but not received by users

I have set up an email message to send users an email. When the criteria is met, the email message is triggered and I see an event named “Message Sent” to all users. However, none of the users did not receive the email, even in their spam folder and there does not seem to be any indication that the email failed to send.

Have a look at your mail reports and see if they got delivered according to mixpanel or if they bounced/got reject before hitting spam.
