Campaign not sending

Hello Mixpanel,

we’re facing some problem with the mail campaign feature…

We set up a campaign which should send out five onboarding mails over five days (one mail each day) after a user signed-up/in.

The target group shows that we have matching users, but it doesn’t send out any mails… We changed the timing multiple times and the sending status is set to on; but the sent count still says 0


Do you have any idea what we’re doing wrong?
