Is there a way to exclude All Users when showing a breakdown by cohort?

  • 20 February 2020

I have not been able to find how to make my report/chart by cohort show the true percentages.  It always double counts All Users and then the Cohorts.  In the screen shot, the count of all users is 179.  Then the sum of the cohorts is also 179.  The users are double counted so the percentages don’t make any sense.

Hi @imanilea,

Being able to remove the “All Users” bar graph is an existing gap on our end. I have gone ahead and filed a product gap on your behalf with our Engineering and Product Development team.

@stephanie Has there been any progress on this? For example I’m making a Pie Chart and it absolutely makes no sense to include ALL USERS as a segment of the pie.
