I need to measure a recurring event during a session, but can’t figure out how to set it up in the “Insight” report.
for example:
Now I want to measure and plot the distribution of number of times event A occurs in each session.
Any guidance?

I don’t think there is a way in insights report to count frequency of events in a session. It can show you number of sessions an event occured in, but not the frequency within a session.
You could get an average by plotting event and session start/end and using formula to divide them. But it isn’t the same as taking average of frequencies.
