QBQ keeps telling me my password is wrong

Have you already reset your password or created a new account, but now when you try to log back in QBQ keeps saying you have the wrong password? 

 

A common issue we keep seeing is that you need to log in with your username only and not email. If you try to use your email to login, it will prompt you to reset your password.
