Unable to see the metrics beyond 60 days

We have integrated MixPanel in our product and have been collecting the metrics for the past 9 months or so.

 

We are interested to see the users’ trend for the past quarter. Though we have built the report to show the required metrics, we are unable to go beyond the past 60 days when we select the date range in date picker (see the attached screenshot).

 

 

 

Some of the screenshots in MixPanel documentation shows an option to choose ‘Last 90 days’ but not sure why it’s not available for our account?

 

We are in the basic pricing plan and doesn’t looks like we are hitting the limit on number of users or sessions.

 

Any help would be much appreciated on this. Thanks in advance.

Historical data is available by plan type, which is detailed here:

https://help.mixpanel.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004511246-Data-History-Access-By-Plan-Type

 

You may be on a legacy plan, where the historical data is capped at 60 days. I would probably advise for you to upgrade to the new free plan if that is the case. Just make sure to assess the current pricing plan to make sure you are not loosing other features that you currently have on the legacy plan: https://mixpanel.com/pricing/

 

It may also be worth writing into support so they can check out your plan specifically.
