Is it possible to set the timeframe of insights report to span the entire lifetime of the event?

I am trying to create an insights report to show the cumulative total count of events. Currently, we set a very high number of days using custom (i.e. last 10000 days) because we are trying to show the cumulative total count of this event since we start to publish this event to Mixpanel.

I would like to know if there are other ways of achieving this result without using custom time frame and setting a high number of days.
