I have a report that tells me % of engaged user sessions. The definition of “engaged” is specific to our startup - i.e. sending message, creating post divided by total user sessions. If I see this metric on a daily interval, it is spikey between 10-30%.
When I see it on a monthly interval, the rates look pretty high. So, my question is how does MixPanel calculate numbers for monthly intervals? Is it average across the each day divided by 30, or by another method?
Want to make sure I’m reporting the right number out to our advisors.
