How do I get a cumulative report to display on dashboard as is?

I have a simple report like this:

 

However, when I try to add it to a dashboard, there’s no way to display it as a cumulative chart:

 

Any help is much appreciated!

Hi John,

Thanks for sharing screenshots.  Not sure how you got to the cumulative linear view within Insights when viewing All User Profiles.  All User Profiles is just the current snapshot / count of your users so cumulative wouldn’t make sense there. 

If you want to see the cumulative view of new users, the better approach would be to use an active event aggregated by unique and filtered for first time.  From there, you can view it cumulatively and add it to your dashboard.
