I have been trying to figure out the difference between flows and funnel in mixpanel. I cannot understand the difference between the two and cannot find an article about. It is appreciated if someone can tell me the difference.

Hey, Ashique!

When you create a funnel, you are inputting idealized user behavior to see how many people are doing exactly what you want them to in a given time frame. Funnels allow you to see the conversion of users who move from one particular event to another, and you can see where most of your customers are dropping off in that set of steps you’ve created.

Flows are similar in the sense that you are seeing the steps your customers are taking. However, rather than creating the set of steps you would like to analyze, you’d be instead selecting the anchoring event you’d like to analyze, and this report would reveal the most frequent paths your customers take before/after that chosen event.

Here is an article about flows, and here is one on funnels.
