Dashboard failed to load for specific user

I’ve just invited an admin access to new user account, and this newly invited account can’t see any existing dashboard and getting this unexpected error message whenever she attempt to access particular dashboard. Can help why this is happening? I don’t see anything strange in user access permission setting.

This type of error you may want to reach out to support on.  I imagine there’s more details in your browser dev console as to what’s failing.  It could be something unexpected with the dashboard data or some sort of user lacking permission to report.  Mixpanel support should work out the root cause based on the details of the error.
