Cannot save report

In the insights page, I can not save a report even though i don't have any saved reports. We're evaluating the tool, so we're using the free plan which is limited. We also tried retention and funnel. Does it count as report ? In that case, how do we delete them ?

@Vic I used to have this limit when I was on the free plan, but I am now on their Basic monthly plan. On their pricing page under the admin and security section it shows you how many saved reports you have for each plan ( Free is up to 5 saved reports, Basic plan and Enterprise is unlimited.

If you are on the free plan and you have 5 saved reports across all their reports, then you will not be able to save any more unless you delete some or upgrade your plan. To delete them, you have to go to the saved report, hover over it, and click on the trashcan icon next to it to delete it.

Thanks @frank_bryant, we also moved to Basic monthly plan. I guess their conversion funnel is working very well for them ;)
